Is it safe?
Safety does not come from a country. It comes from who operates on you, where, and what happens after you fly home. Use these six checks for any clinic, including ours.
Ask for the surgeon's full name and specialty. A plastic surgeon completes a residency in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery; nose and face surgeons may be ENT and facial plastic specialists.

JFS: your coordinator stays in touch on WhatsApp.Turkey has become one of the most visited countries for plastic surgery because it combines a large pool of trained surgeons with modern private hospitals and package prices that include what would be charged separately elsewhere: the operation, hospital nights, hotel, transfers and a personal coordinator.
Lower prices are not the result of cutting corners in a well-run clinic. They reflect lower costs for staff, hospital rooms and accommodation. What should never be lower is the standard of the surgeon's training, the hospital's licence and the time spent with you before surgery.
Most complications are linked to the patient's health and to planning, not to geography. Smoking, a high body mass index, untreated medical conditions and very long combined operations all raise the risk. A good surgeon will postpone or change your plan when these apply, even if it means a smaller operation or no operation at all.
Flying home too early is another avoidable risk. That's why every JFS package includes enough nights in your surgery city for your surgeon to check you before you travel.

Recovery is not a holiday, but where you rest matters. In Izmir the drive from the airport to your hotel is short, and the mild Aegean climate makes the short daily walks your surgeon asks for easier to enjoy.
At JFS, your consultation, surgery and check-ups are organised by the same team in Istanbul or Izmir. You won't be passed between agencies: your coordinator arranges your transfers, hotel and appointments, and is the person you message when you are home.

How it works
Message us on WhatsApp or use the form. Your coordinator asks for a few photos and your health history.
The surgeon reviews your photos. You receive a written plan, the package and possible dates.
We pick you up at the airport and take you to your hotel. Your coordinator is your first contact.
The next day you meet your surgeon, have your tests and, when everything is clear, your operation.
Hotel recovery, check-ups, then a final check before your flight. Aftercare continues on WhatsApp.
Prices
These are our all-inclusive package prices: the operation, hospital nights, hotel and all transfers. Your final price is confirmed after your surgeon reviews your photos.
Breast lift, breast reduction and mommy makeover are planned case by case, so they are quoted after your surgeon sees your photos. The same applies when you want two procedures in one operation: your surgeon decides what can be combined safely and your coordinator sends the price in writing.
Recovery & flying home
Every procedure has its own timeline, which you'll find on each treatment guide. These are the steps almost everyone goes through.
After surgery you stay one or two nights in hospital, depending on the operation. Back at the hotel you rest, wear your compression garment and take short walks every day, which help swelling go down and reduce the risk of blood clots. Your coordinator checks on you and takes you to your check-ups.
You fly only after your surgeon's final check. On the plane, keep your garment on, drink water and walk in the aisle when you can. Your coordinator sends you your aftercare instructions and stays reachable on WhatsApp.
Most people return to desk work within one to three weeks and to the gym after about six weeks. Swelling fades gradually; the final result of body and breast surgery usually shows at three to six months, and of rhinoplasty at around a year.
Questions
Turkey has a large number of trained plastic surgeons and hospitals licensed by the Ministry of Health to treat international patients. Results depend on the individual surgeon and hospital, so check the surgeon's specialty, the hospital licence and the aftercare plan before you book.
At JFS Clinic, all-inclusive packages start from £2,400 for single-area liposuction and £2,550 for rhinoplasty. A tummy tuck package is £3,240 and a BBL with liposuction is £3,050, including hospital stay, hotel and transfers. Your final price is confirmed after your surgeon reviews your photos. Istanbul, Izmir and Antalya all have experienced plastic surgeons, so the city matters less than standard points: the surgeon's specialist training and experience with your procedure, a hospital licensed for international patients, a written price that states what it includes and clear aftercare. Every patient's anatomy, skin and healing process are different, so results vary from patient to patient. Your surgeon will tell you what is realistic for your body at the consultation, based on your photos and health history, rather than promising a specific outcome.
